As a young attorney Chad Bowers was involved in a number of serious cases against religious and other institutions including an award of nearly $10,000,000.00 for several survivors almost 20 years ago. Shortly thereafter Chad Bowers expanded his practice to other institutions and has represented survivors in matters against the a number of institutions including;

For nearly two decades, child sexual abuse survivors have represented a significant portion of Chad Bowers practice who has represented survivors from almost every state in the country.  While representing hundreds of survivors Chad Bowers has seen first hand the devastating and lifelong effects for survivors of sexual abuse as children. 

While many of the settlement amounts involved in these matters are confidential without violating any of the agreements Chad Bowers has recovered well into the tens of millions on behalf of child sexual abuse survivors from churches, private individuals,  youth serving organizations and private businesses. 

The psychological literature demonstrates many survivors will never tell their stories.  The statute of limitations for child sexual abuse claims against institutions and individuals are constantly changing and many state legislative bodies are only acknowledging that many survivors only able to tell their stories much later in life.  Every survivor has his or her own course to follow in dealing with the horrific consequences of child abuse.  Chad Bowers has numerous former clients who are willing to talk about their experiences in holding institutions accountable for their abuse and if and when a survivor of child sexual abuse is ready to pursue justice and accountability from those responsible for their abuse our firm is always honored to try and help survivors get justice. 

As a young man Chad had a family member who was prominent expert in the truck transportation field who worked as an expert witness for some of the nation’s foremost plaintiff’s firms. As a teenager he recalls detailed discussions with this trucking industry expert on traffic patters and the economics of the industry as well as specific cases where he used manifests, tax and fuel records and bills of lading to prove that driver logs had been fabricated.  Chad’s unique

personal history with these cases brings an edge to the often significant cases that he has litigated in state and federal court.
