Chad A. Bowers enrolled in the Honors Program at University of Washington with a full academic scholarship and graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics. While at the University of Utah he was a member of the Law Review and was published in the Utah Law Journal. After graduating from law school he opened his law practice in Las Vegas which has been open for more than two decades.
He has been admitted to practice in district and appellate courts at every level and is admitted to the United State Supreme Court. He has successfully argued a number cases in front of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco and has tried cases in a number of federal and state courts across the country. In 2007 he was co-counsel in obtaining Nevada’s then largest product defect jury verdict in excess of $32,000,000.00.
Chad is licensed to practice law in Nevada, Utah, Idaho and New York and has a national network of attorneys, physicians and experts across the country. He was certified by the Nevada State Bar in “Personal Injury” in 2017 and recognized by SuperLawyers as early as 2009. He has an AV Rating from Martindale Hubble.
