Chad A. Bowers enrolled in the Honors Program at University of Washington with a full academic scholarship and graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics. While at the University of Utah he was a member of the Law Review and was published in the Utah Law Journal. After graduating from law school he opened his law practice in Las Vegas and has expanded into a national practice representing clients from almost every state.
He has been admitted to practice in district and appellate courts at every level and is admitted to the United States Supreme Court. He has successfully argued a number cases in front of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco and has represented Plaintiffs in federal and state courts across the country. In 2007 he was co-counsel in obtaining Nevada’s then largest product defect jury verdict in excess of $32,000,000.00.
Chad is licensed to practice law in Nevada, Washington, New York, Idaho, Utah (inactive) North Carolina (inactive) and a national network of attorneys, physicians and experts across the country. He has been certified as a personal injury specialist by the Nevada State Bar in “Personal Injury” since 2017 and was recognized by SuperLawyers as early as 2009. He has an AV Rating from Martindale Hubble.
